In my Pilates classes I teach a mix of classical and contemporary Pilates that will make you work hard and feel fantastic at the end of it!
I do a lot of core work, as well as stretching and that gives a lot of mobility and recovery in the body.

Plus, its a lot of fun and makes you feel relaxed, strong and ready to take on any challenges!
