Pilates Sculpt & Core Yogilates
Combine the power of Pilates exercises with mobility and mindfulness and you will see great results in your body, mind, and spirit.
Body Sculpt and Mobility is a combination of classical and contemporary Pilates, together with mobility movement. Within a short time, you will notice that your body feels stronger, your shoulders and back are less tense and your posture improves. During this session, we will use a Pilates Bar or one Pilates Ring to increase intensity and accelerate results.
By practicing Pilates correctly you develop or improve the three important elements, namely flexibility and strength and control. During this class we focus on movements that strengthen your abdominal muscles and improve your posture.
As a result of these lessons, you will feel:
- Stronger abdominal muscles
- Suppleness
- Better posture
- Stability
- Increased flexibility
- Balance
- Relaxed mind
- Overall physical fitness
To see results faster, I recommend doing at least 1 session per week. Ideally 2 sessions, one at the beginning and one at the end of the week.
