Lovely ladies!
Some of you have been with me from the beginning of my journey, when I opened the studio - thank you for trusting me to help you become stronger and healthier! I look forward to welcoming you all to the free end-of-year pilates class on December 2. We will do Pilates for about 45 minutes in the large room in De Estafette and then I would like to invite you to join me for tea/coffee with cake in the restaurant downstairs.
